Soft tissue quality and quantity are just as critical as adequate bone and properly positioned implants, for achieving biologically, functionally, and aesthetically profound implant-restoration system. This case demonstrates biotype conversion from thin to thick soft tissue in the aesthetic zone using two techniques:
- Palatal-based incision to reposition the thick palatal tissue buccally
- Connective tissue gap graft from tuberocity.
