
About Dental Implant MasterMind Forum
Dental Implant MasterMind Forum is a surgeon-restorative dentist collaborative group engaged solely on higher education in implant dentistry. The group discusses innovations, basic and advanced principles in aesthetic and reconstructive implant dentistry, surgical topics, prosthetic principles, digital dentistry, materials, laboratory procedures, and team approach in achieving remarkable results. Other topics include treatment plan acceptance strategies, inter- and intra-office communication, staff training, effective marketing strategies, and implant business development.
There are two groups based on existing level of expertise and knowledge base:
- Basic MasterMind Forum- Designed for restorative dentists with little or no experience in implant dentistry. This program is ideal for any dentist practicing less than five years or those who have restored less than 25 implants
- Advanced MasterMind Forum- Designed for restorative dentists in practice for more than five years or who have restored more than 25 implants and familiar with basic principles in implant dentistry.
The forum format is designed to maximize learning through peer-peer experience sharing as well as guest presenters in a safe and confidential atmosphere that encourages members to discuss difficult cases, failures, and successes. The program is intensive and requires member participation and presentations.The purpose of the Dental Implant Mastermind Forum is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to take your practice to the next level. This is a progressive program with ongoing discussion of new techniques, studies, and approaches in implant dentistry. The forum covers all fundamental areas in dental implant dentistry:
- Treatment planning

- Technology
- Treatment plan acceptance
- Communication
- Implant business principles
- Marketing and practice development
Each class is limited to 25 participants. An application is required for acceptance and the applicant must meet membership qualification and requirements. The program is offered in 3 sessions over three consecutive months consisting of 2-Day programs (Friday and Saturday) from 8 am to 5 pm.

Session #3: Partial and Full Arch Treatments
Upon completion, the graduating class will receive a certificate during a dinner event. Members then have an option to enroll in our MasterMind Implant Club designed for graduating members to continue to learn and collaborate.
Enrollment Requirements:
- Enrollment is open only to all dentists including restorative dentists, periodontists, and oral Surgeons,
- Tuition: $2500 for each session (Total $7500)

Application
Each program is limited to 25 participants. The competition will be tough. It starts with you. Complete applications are due no later than 11:59 P.M. EST two months before beginning of each program. To apply, please complete and submit each of the following items. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered and no exceptions will be made:
- A completed registration fee
- A deposit of US $1000 payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or check. This deposit is non-refundable for accepted applicants.
- A personal statement. That is, a description of you, your practice and your goals/vision (2 pages maximum, please). The description should address who you are, your key challenges with regard to your practice, and why we should consider you as a member. Here are some things to consider as you prepare your statement:
- What are your aspirations for your practice?
- What currently demands your attention in your practice?
- Where do you see your practice going in the next three years?
Payment information (check or credit card) for the US$1000 deposit – payable to “Center for Oral & Facial Enhancement” – must be included with your application and should be received not later than 11:59 P.M. EST two months before start of the program. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. The announcement of the 25 most-qualified candidates will be made 45 days before start of program. At that time, all applicants will be notified of their application status. Applicants who are accepted to the program will receive additional information concerning the program and arrangements.
