Maxillary lateral incisors are the most common congenitally missing teeth. Patients present with aesthetic and functional challenges that often requires orthodontic, surgical, and restorative collaboration for successful replacement. In this forum, we’ll discuss diagnostics, orthodontic implications, surgical techniques for site development, and restorative principles for achieving optimal results.
