The story:
Patient with thin gum tissue over dental implant which would have resulted in poor aesthetics as well as poor stability of implant over time.
Treatment:
Gum (gingival) tissue graft to augment soft tissue thickness and improve its quality. Autogenous tissue was obtained with a small incision in the palatal region.
