The story:
Patient with significant horizontal and vertical bone loss of upper jaw. Patient had previous accident with loss of bone and failed dental implants with peri-implantitis leading to further bone loss.
Treatment:
The jaw bone was completely restored after only 2 surgical procedures with adequate height and width of bone for placement of dental implants
