Bone Graft of Upper Jaw With Horizontal and Vertical Deficiency

The story:

Patient with significant horizontal and vertical bone loss of upper jaw. Patient had removal of a tumor that left him with a significant deficiency. He was using a removable prosthetic teeth to fill in the defect.

Treatment:

The jaw bone was completely restored after only 2 surgical procedures with adequate height and width of bone for placement of dental implants
