The story:
Patient with significant horizontal and vertical bone loss in the upper front area of his jaw. Patient had multiple previous failed bone grafting and implants.
Treatment:
Bone was completely restored after only 2 surgical procedures with adequate height and width of bone for replacement of dental implants. Soft tissue revision was also preformed to create attached gingiva around the implants
