Step 2: Team & Office Set-up

In step 2, you will learn how to set-up your office to provide full-arch treatments and train your team in prospecting and converting potential patients.The modules include:

  • Establishing basic office equipment and instrumentation for full-arch treatments
  • Impression techniques
  • Front team training in patient prospecting and conversion
  • Dentist and assistant team training in converting consultations to treatments

Step 3: Lead Generation

In this step, you will learn how to generate leads for full-arch treatments. You will learn about the 3 available channels to drive patients to your office including existing patients, community, and online. Modules include:

  • Marketing to existing patients

  • Generate online leads through website content and social media strategies

Step 4: Candidate Qualification

In this step, you will learn how to qualify prospect patients for full-arch treatments. Through a series of questions and interview, you can screen patients who are truly interested and can afford such treatments. Modules include:

  • Online questions to qualify prospects
  • Telephone strategies to screen patients

Step 5: Referral Process

Step 6: Records & Planning

In this step, you will learn how to take the necessary diagnostics along with the surgeon and begin the final treatment planning. Modules include:

  • Diagnostics including X-rays, CBCT, optical scan, photos, and video
  • Final treatment planning
  • Digital implant planning

Step 7: Team Coordination

Next you will learn about how the team will collaborate to review all the diagnostics and design a final treatment plan as well as communicate the plan between team members and the patient. The modules include:

  • Treatment sequencing
  • Inter-disciplinary communication
  • Patient communication

Step 8: Treatment Execution

In this step, you will learn how to execute the plan and deliver the treatment. Modules include:

  • Laboratory preparation
  • Immediate load protocol
  • Delayed load protocol
  • Transitional prosthesis delivery

Step 9: Hygiene & Maintenance

In the final step, you will learn current principles in hygiene and maintenance of full arch patients. Modules include:

  • Patient education and designing an effective home care regimen
  • Design an interval maintenance as necessary
  • Present the warranty policies
