About office of Dr. Maria Wright
Dr. Maria Wright received her dental training from the University of Maryland after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. Prior to entering private practice, she served a general practice residency at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Wright has completed numerous hours of continuing education, including Invisalign™ and laser dentistry. She is active in the Montgomery County school system and volunteers her time promoting oral health among youth. In addition, she has had the opportunity to work with professional athletes, including the National Basketball Association and the National Football League, to advocate oral safety with mouthguard usage. Her past and present affiliations include the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, the premier association for continuing education in dentistry. Outside the professional realm, Dr. Wright loves traveling and swimming.
